the central location was ideal, and we were impressed by the fully enclosed rear garden, which was perfect for our three dogs. the house itself was beautifully renovated, with the addition of a second bathroom that was a great convenience. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for self-catering, and the owners even provided some complimentary tea, coffee, wash tablets, and toilet rolls for our arrival. the utility room with washer and dryer was also a handy feature, especially for longer stays. the excellent transport links, including frequent buses and easy access to trains, made it convenient for exploring the area. I was able to reach York in just 25 minutes by train. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in a quiet area. The location was perfect, with excellent transport links and a central location that allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with three double beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The addition of a second bathroom and a utility room with a washer and dryer made our stay even more convenient. We appreciated the owner's pet-friendly policy, as we were able to bring our dog with us.
The bedrooms could benefit from the addition of blackout curtains to ensure a more restful sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Ferrers House in Doncaster. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The suntrap garden was a lovely bonus, and the quiet location was perfect for us. We appreciated that the owner accepts dogs, as we were able to bring one of our furry friends with us. The central location made it easy for us to explore the area, and we loved that there were three double beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for self catering, and the added touch of free tea, coffee, and other essentials was much appreciated. The utility room with a washer and dryer was a great convenience for a longer stay. Thank you for hosting us!
